Key autumn players continue to return at Randwick on Saturday including 1200m track record holder Deploy.
The Gerald Ryan-trained speed machine kicks off his autumn in the Southern Cross Stakes (1200m) early in the program.
Deploy resumes following a spring campaign where he claimed the track record for both the Randwick 6 f and the Rosehill 6 1⁄2 f.
The son of Fastnet Rock trialled in readiness for this at Rosehill behind Redzel.
A few were disappointed with his trial effort behind Australia’s best sprinter however it is worth noting the five-year-old wasn’t wearing his raceday Blinkers.

He was eventually reeled in by the race fit Lanciato who he again faces here an impressive 12lbs better at the weights.
The run came off a generous spell of almost 12 months and he would have no doubt been in dire need of
