Some lovely horses head to Adelaide for the next round of feature race lead up races.

One of those is
Peaceful State who seems very well placed in this style of race – the Nitschke Stakes is at a Set Weights and Penalties scale.
He has a huge ratings gap on the rivals and only has to give away 4lbs on most. The barrier may just make it a better price.
Easy to forget he was only 8-1 in the Randwick Guineas with the likes of Kementari, Trapeze Artist, Ace High and D’Argento all in that field.
Peaceful State would only need to be in a good place to be winning here.
Later on we look to the feature race. We tipped this bloke each way in the Port Adelaide Guineas and he ran a cracker, finishing off so well very late.
We’ll stick with
High 'N' Dry in the Chairman’s Stakes as he heads to the SA Derby.
Being by High Chaparral, he will lap up the extra furlong and will be better again in the classic over 2 1⁄2 f further.
All runs this campaign he’s been genuine at the end of the race which is important getting up in distance.
Happy to back him at value again and then head on to the Maybe best on a 1x3 basis.
